XCL administers two separate courses of involvement that allow enthusiasts and activists to invest their efforts at Lebanon's service. The two paths are designed with different hierarchies to suit different levels of dedication for students and youth:
Become an XCL ApprenticeAn "Apprentice" is the first of a three-level life-long dedication at the service of the Lebanese Nation. Following a pre-eligibility interview, the applicant initially undergoes extensive ideological guidance and training in preparation for the admission exam, and an oath of allegiance has to be sworn in case of success. Among applicants, only 12 will be selected for the Apprentice Program on a yearly basis. If an applicant is rejected, he/she will no longer be eligible to apply.

Become an XCL ActivistAn "Activist" will be invited to participate in all XCL programs, activities, and projects. Flexibility of involvement allows for a reasonable margin of convenience, and does not require any training or examination. However, an XCL activist is urged to show a minimum level of commitment by his/her participation - which will be the basis of a yearly deliberation assessment, allowing for further ascendance within the administrative hierarchy.
